"When elected, I will work every day to improve infrastructure, protect our quality of life, and ensure that county government remains responsive to the people it serves."
Santa Rosa County stands at an important crossroads. The decisions made today will shape our roads, neighborhoods, economy, and quality of life for decades to come.
I am a sixth-generation Santa Rosa County resident whose roots run deep in Santa Rosa and the Tri-County area. Having spent my life living, working, growing up with family and neighbors in this community, I understand both the history of Santa Rosa County and the challenges that come with rapid growth.
I am running to provide experienced, common-sense leadership focused on infrastructure, responsible growth, public safety, environmental stewardship, and accountable government.
Throughout my career, I have built a reputation as someone who solves problems rather than creates them. My professional background includes decades of experience in land management, earthworks, infrastructure-related projects, and environmental consulting. These experiences have given me firsthand knowledge of how roads, drainage systems, transportation networks, public infrastructure and environmental needs affect the everyday lives of our community. I also developed knowledge and practical skills in ecosystems, soil science, and sustainable biofuels and bioenergy.
My experience working alongside civil engineers, environmental specialists, transportation professionals, state agencies, and local stakeholders to address challenges and identify practical solutions has given me the knowledge and relationships needed to move important projects forward efficiently. I understand how local government works, where bottlenecks occur, and what it takes to deliver meaningful improvements for the residents of Santa Rosa County.
Over the years, I have played a direct role in projects including state and federal highway construction, county roadwork, school projects, military radar installation pads, military roads, runway extensions, holding ponds, erosion mitigation efforts and stormwater controls, parking lot development etc throughout Northwest Florida.
Santa Rosa County is growing faster than ever. While growth brings opportunity, it also brings challenges. Congested roads, drainage concerns, increased traffic, and aging infrastructure require experienced leadership that understands how to get projects moving forward with diligence and efficacity while delivering optimum results.
For more than three decades, I have built a reputation as a problem solver, businessman, consultant and advocate for practical solutions. As a lifelong resident of this county, I understand the needs of our community because I have lived them firsthand. I understand that effective leadership requires collaboration, accountability, and a willingness to listen to the people I serve.
Today, I am running for Santa Rosa County Commissioner because I believe District 2 deserves leadership focused on results—not politics.
Together, we can build a stronger, safer, and more prosperous future for Santa Rosa County.

Should I be elected as District 2 County Commissioner, I intend to draw from my education, expertise and extensive professional network—including engineers, Department of Environmental Protection, FDOT and other infrastructure specialists—to expedite the implementation of meaningful infrastructure improvements across various areas.
